Position Overview

Melvina Health is seeking highly experienced Specialist Medical Doctors to support short-term, high-impact clinical engagements across international locations. Selected candidates will provide hands-on specialist care, clinical oversight, and expert input within multidisciplinary teams in a range of healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct specialist clinical care within your field of expertise
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and management plans in line with best clinical practices
  • Provide on-site clinical leadership and surgical support to local healthcare teams
  • Participate in complex case reviews and offer second opinions where required
  • Ensure adherence to clinical governance, safety, and ethical standards
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship of in-country medical personnel


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum of 10 years’ combined experience as a licensed Medical Doctor and specialist in any specialty from any country
  • Current and valid medical license and specialist certification
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical decision-making in diverse or resource-variable settings is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills


Mobility & Availability Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice
  • Availability to travel abroad for up to one week per assignment
  • Flexibility to work in varied clinical environments, including low-resource settings

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Flight Nurses to support international medical missions and patient transport operations. Successful candidates will provide advanced clinical care during air travel and on-site assignments, ensuring patient stability, safety, and continuity of care throughout all phases of transport and deployment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced nursing care to patients during air medical transport and on-site assignments
  • Conduct pre-flight patient assessments and ensure readiness for transport
  • Monitor, manage, and document patient status throughout transport, including critical care interventions
  • Operate and manage in-flight medical equipment in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, paramedics, and aviation personnel
  • Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety, infection control, and aviation medical standards
  • Provide handover and continuity of care at receiving facilities
  • Support clinical training and knowledge transfer where required


Eligibility Criteria

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 10 years of combined clinical experience in critical care, emergency, or flight nursing
  • Current and valid nursing license with any other relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in critical and intensive care medical environments
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure


Mobility & Availability Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice
  • Availability to stay in foreign countries for up to 5 days per assignment
  • Ability to work in dynamic and resource-variable clinical settings, including limited medical environments
